Come snack, a colazione, a fine pasto.. le mandorle sono sempre buone! Possono essere uno spuntino piacevole da tenere in borsa e consumare al bisogno (nei piccoli viaggi sono molto pratiche: saziano, non sporcano, ed hanno piccolo ingombro!). Oltre che buone, sono anche ricche di proprietà benefiche grazie alla presenza di grassi salutari (monoinsaturi e polinsaturi), vitamine (in particolare la E, l’acido folico e altre vitamine del gruppo B), minerali (soprattutto magnesio, calcio, zinco e selenio) e parecchia fibra (12%). E’ preferibile però consumarle crude per evitare l’ossidazione dei grassi ed una forte diminuzione di vit E. Una porzione consiste in 20-30 g, equivalenti a circa 16-24 mandorle secche; attenzione però per chi è a dieta, poichè essendo principalmente costituite da grassi, sono piuttosto caloriche (600 kcal/100g). Ma veniamo ai benefici sulla salute: - Il loro consumo riduce il colesterolo “cattivo” LDL e aiuta a mantenere/aumentare i livelli di colesterolo “buono” HDL, proteggendo dalla malattia coronarica e dal rischio cardiovascolare - Hanno proprietà antiossidanti (grazie all’elevato contenuto in vit E e ai polifenoli della buccia), e quindi contrastano i danni provocati dai radicali liberi - Inoltre, come altra frutta secca, migliorano la sensibilità insulinica, ossia la capacità degli zuccheri di passare dal sangue alla cellule #mandorle #fruttasecca #snacksano #colazionesana #alimentazionesana #controllodelcolesterolo #proprietantiossidanti #sensebilitinsulinica #merendasana #fitness #grassibuoni #vitaminaE #fruttasecca #energetiche

Before lifting vs. After lifting. - The other day I was at the gym and the receptionist mentioned to me how a couple of the male members my age had accused me of being on steroids after seeing me in a stringer with a pump after a typical Push Workout. - That's astonishing to me. - That was me 10 years ago on the left before I started working out. 125lbs soaking wet (and 5lbs of that was probably my ridiculous hair). - These days I sit at about 165lbs. Same height. Much better sense of style and grooming than back then. - If you do the math, that's 40lbs in 10 years, or 4lbs every year in muscle growth. - Does that sound like an unreasonable rate of progress to you? - Of course not. Anyone can do that. And that's why I'm sharing this story. - The gym is about consistency. Dedication. Perseverance. And sustainability. - It doesn't matter where you start. If you are passionate about success, train smart and hard, and stick to it long enough, it's AMAZING what you can achieve. COMO SABER SI TU ENTRENADOR TE ESTAFA: En los últimos años, el sector de los "influencers fitness" ha crecido muchísimo, siendo cada vez más los "entrenadores" que ofrecen su servicio, muchas veces sin conocimientos (ya ni siquiera hablo de títulos). Y por desgracia, esto también ocurre entre profesionales titulados... Por este motivo, os voy a dar unos consejos para que podáis elegir un buen entrenador . ➡️VALORACIÓN: Una buena valoración no es sólo tomar medidas, pesajes, edad y altura, debe tener diferentes cuestionarios de salud y test de valoración física. De esto, dependerá el siguiente punto. . ➡️INDIVIDUALIZACIÓN: La programación debe estar 100% adaptada a ti, nada de rutinas copia/pega. ¿Como saberlo si no tengo conocimientos sobre el tema? La rutina debe estar adaptada a ti, a tus horarios y días que puedas entrenar e incluso a tus gustos. A demás el entrenador debe permitir realizar cualquier tipo de modificación que le pidas. Otro truco es preguntarle el por qué de todo, y si no te sabe responder o su respuesta no te convence mucho, sospecha fuertemente... . ➡️PERIODIZACIÓN Y SOBRECARGA PROGRESIVA: Estos dos puntos, son también importantísimos en una buena programación, pero ¿como puedes identificarlos? 1. La rutina debe ser cada vez más intensa, modificándose ligeramente semana a semana (más series, más repeticiones, más peso, menos RIR, etc). 2. La rutina, más concretamente la selección de ejercicios, deberá cambiar con el paso de pocas semanas o meses. Si esto no ocurre en tu rutina, y tienes una misma pauta para todas las semanas, te están estafando. . La proporción de cada uno puede ser útil o perjudicial para su objetivo. Ya sea que quiera aumentar o disminuir su consumo de calorías tiene que coincidir. Para ser más pequeño, debe comer menos de lo que quema.
