2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 pounds scallops
2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
4-5 large garlic cloves, minced (or 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic)

Creamy quinoa porridge
.
Ingredients:
Creamy Quinoa Porridge (Serves 2)
1/2 cup (85g) uncooked quinoa
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) canned coconut milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup or to taste
splashes water if needed
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup (45g) pomegranate seeds
2 tsp almond butter
cacao nibs to sprinkle
Method:
1. In saucepan, combine quinoa, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer quinoa until cooked (approx. 12-15 minutes). And splashes more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
2. Divide quinoa porridge between two bowls and top with chopped banana, pomegranate, almond butter and cacao nibs to sprinkle.

4-SPICE SALMON, GRILLED AVOCADO, & EGG POWER BOWL.😍💪🏻

I’m doing one of my favorite power bowls for lunch today. I coated some salmon with garlic powder, ginger powder, corriander powder, and smoked paprika (+ sea salt + pepper). Served with some grilled avocado, a soft boiled egg, some local microgreens and cherry tomatoes, all on top of a bed of arugula. I cant tell you how filling and satisfying this is.

People always ask me what I eat, and bowls like this are generally the case 75% of the time. They’re super easy to prepare in larger batches, keep me satisfied, and are an easy way to get in a ton of nutrients. “Diet food” does not have to be boring.

For my power bowls, I always start with a big base of greens (usually spinach or arugula) or sometimes cauliflower rice, add in some spiced fish or marinated protein (lamb and chicken are my favorites), add in the obligatory piece of avocado, and then top it with some low/non-calorie stuff. It hits the spot, every time!

Cilantro lime cauliflower rice bowl ⏩heat up olive oil + minced garlic on the stove while sautéing. Then add riced cauliflower, vegetable stock, and cilantro. Once everything is cooked together, add lots of lime juice & sea salt
Top the riced cauli with black beans, sautéed corn, tomato, avocado, & chicken (cut chicken tenders into bite sized pieces & cook stovetop in minced garlic + new bae seasoning) & then add more lime juice on top of everything

Easy ground bison chili meal

📝INGREDIENTS📝
(For 4 servings)
2 acorn squashes
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for brushing and drizzling
salt, pepper to taste
¾ cup wild rice(170 g), uncooked and rinsed
1 ¼ cups vegetable broth(300 mL), plus 2 tablespoons, divided
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup
5 oz cremini mushroom(140 g), quartered and sliced
5 oz shiitake mushroom(140 g), quartered and sliced
½ medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
¼ cup white wine(60 mL)
2 cups kale(200 g), chopped
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
👩🍳PREPARATION👨🍳
1. Preheat the oven to 375F(190C)
2. Cut the acorn squash in half stem-side up and scoop out the pulpy seeds.
3. Bake the squash after glazing with olive oil.
4. In a pot combine the rice and veg broth, bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
5. Separate the seeds from the pulp and bake with the squash for a further 15 minutes.
6. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add mushrooms until shrunken down.
7. Further add the onion, garlic, rosemary and thyme and fry for 3-4 more minutes.
8. Deglaze the pan with the wine and cook until evaporated.
9. Add the kale, salt, pepper and cook until reduces in volume by about ¼.
10. Stir in the wild rice with 2 more tablespoons of broth until most of the liquid has
evaporated.
11. Fill each squash half with the mixture produced and garnish with pomegranate and the
seeds made earlier
12. Serve and enjoy 😋🌱

~ 1 block extra firm tofu, drain well & cut into cubes
~ 4 cups of broccoli florets, blanch and drain
~ Cornstarch mixture: 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 1/4 cup water
~ oil, chopped scallions, toasted sesame seeds
~ favorite cooked grain

✔️Bring a pot with half-full water to boil and quickly blanch broccoli, then drain. In a heated non-stick pan with no oil, pan fry marinated tofu cubes until golden brown on each side. Place tofu in a bowl. Using the same pan with 1 teaspoon oil, sauté ginger until fragrant, add broccoli florets & tofu & cook for 30secs by stirring continuously. Add sauce and give it a good stir until tofu is well coated. Finally, stir in cornstarch mixture & turn off the heat. Serve warm with rice & garnish with chopped scallions, sesame seeds &🌶️ oil.

8 cashew nuts
3 dates
5 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice (almond, soy etc.)
1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
1/2 mango
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend everything except for the mango and chia seeds for 1 minute. In a separate glass add the mango and chia seeds. Smash it up. Carefully pour the blue smoothie in the glass and enjoy!! 💙

🍄😍 Creamy vegan Mac and Cheese with garlic mushrooms! 🚨🚨Recipe: Garlic mushrooms:
7 oz mushrooms 200g,
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion optional
1-2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
Vegan Cheese Sauce
1 medium russet potato 4 oz, peeled and cubed
1 small carrot peeled and halved
⅔ cup raw cashews 100g,
1 cup water or more as needed
1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
1 onion chopped, or sub 2 tsp onion powder
3 cloves garlic minced, or sub 1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp mustard or 2 tsp white miso paste
1 tsp sea salt or to taste
2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
To Serve (optional)
½ cup dairy-free cheese shredded
vegan parmesan cheese
fresh herbs
Instructions
Garlic mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms and slice. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms in hot olive oil for about 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Add chopped onion and garlic and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Then deglaze with the soy sauce and fry for more 1-2 minutes over low heat.
Cook Pasta & mushrooms
In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, adding the mushrooms to the pot in the last 2-3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). Vegan Cheese Sauce
Add the potatoes, carrots, cashews and 1 cups of water in a pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until soft enough to blend.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt. Cook until tender and translucent, about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Sooo...WHAT exactly is Goulash?!!! Besides being quite simple to prepare and an interesting name....Goulash is a traditional warm stew-like meal consisting of beef and vegetables, then seasoned with paprika...mmm... paprika!
So fire up those stockpots, and warm up those bellies this winter, friends.
Goulash for all, I say!
makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. lean grass fed ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3 Tbsps organic tomato paste
2 cups beef bone broth
2 large sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces
2 Tbsps coconut aminos, Bragg's liquid aminos, or low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
2 bay leaves
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon each
3 sprigs of thyme, leaves only to garnish
Instructions:
In a large stock pot, or deep, large skillet heat your oil over medium heat.
Add in your ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon into small pieces. Stir in onion, garlic and all of your spices. Cook until meat starts to brown and onion becomes translucent.
Stir in broth, sweet potatoes, tomato paste, coconut aminos, and bay leaves.
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to LOW. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until your sauce has thickened and sweet potatoes are tender.
Discard the bay leaves and ladle into bowls.
Garnish with thyme and enjoy!
Stays great refrigerated up to 5 days or frozen up to 2 months. ❤Rachel

➡️ Avocado Chips
▶️INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe avocado
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
▶️DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place heaping teaspoon-sized scoops of mixture on baking sheet, leaving about 3” apart between each scoop. Flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon or measuring cup. Bake until crisp and golden, 15 to 18 minutes, then let cool completely. Serve at room temperature.

Pesto Stuffed Chicken 🍗

Ingredients (for 3 servings)
3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
12 sundried tomatoes
3 tablespoons pesto
3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (85 g), shredded
3 tablespoons oil, for pan frying
Preparation
On a cutting board, salt and pepper both sides of each chicken breast with approximately ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, per side.
Slice each chicken breast horizontally along the side to create a pocket for the filling.
Stuff each breast with approximately one third of mozzarella cheese, one tablespoon pesto and four sundried tomatoes. If the chicken breast does not close fully with the filling, try securing with a wooden toothpick.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Pan fry for about 5-8 minutes, per side, depending on the size of the chicken breasts, until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through. Serve warm.

Bites of heaven as strawberry season is upon us 🍓🍫 Repost @livevitae Recipe below - 2 ingredients made in under 20 minutes — I used dark chocolate 92%, but feel free to use your preferred %, be aware that the higher % the more cacao and less sugar + additional ingredients. — 2 ingredients. Handful of strawberries 🍓 80 grams of dark chocolate 🍫 — I avoid using a microwave so go old school with melting my chocolate. — 1. Wash and dry strawberries 2. In a bain-marie aka - boil water on the stovetop and place a bowl which fits over the top. 3. Break the chocolate up and add to bowl to melt. 4. Once melted, using the leaves of strawberries as handles or using tooth picks, coat the strawberries all over. 5. Transfer the strawberries to a plate lined with greaseproof paper. 6. Once all done, transfer plate to the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes. — I hope you enjoy these creating these and share them with someone although they won’t last long 😂.Ryan ✌🏽❤️

POST WORKOUT MEAL 💪🏻
Va falloir tu comprennes quelque chose... Y'a vraiment manière de respecter un plan nutritionnel en mangeant d'autre chose que de la vielle giblotte grise 🤮

Voici un petit meal qui respecte mon plan nutritionnel (fait par @summit_training1 ) et qui est pas plate! Sauté de boeuf Tex-Mex avec quinoa et edamame 😤
.
Jai fait un sauté de légumes avec mon mélange d'épices Tex-Mex et j'ai ajouté un restant de rôti de boeuf coupé en cubes. J'ai ensuite ajouté lime, sriracha et un mini filet de sauce chili du commerce 😅 Des fois je suis pressé le gros on s'en sac bin raide!

Quinoa sur le side avec des edamame dedans pour un jeu de texture! Faut pas virrer fou c'etait bebelala serieux hahahaha LET'S GOOOO 🔥🔥🔥

I’ve spent the best part of this weekend with man flu! 👨🏾🦳👳🏾♀️👴👨🏿🦲🧔💂♂️👨🏭👨💼👨🎨And even though I wanted unhealthy food I stayed strong and stuck to the good stuff. 🍎 -
I made a tasty Chicken 🍗 & lentil broth, followed by some spicy🌶 veg with noodles 🍜and then ended the day with sweet potato 🍠 brownies🍫 👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽🤤🤤🤤 -
Broths/soups🍵 are a great food source when sick 😷as they help with hydration 💦amongst providing other nutrients. My noodle 🍜 dish contained lots of fresh ginger, chilli and garlic alongside some eggs! All very nutritious foodstuffs and the brownies, well we all deserve a wee treat occasionally. (And they’re made from a vegetable 😁) -

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts3 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil divided1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder1 Lime zested and juiced1 Red Onion finely chopped1 15.5 ounce can Black Beans drained and rinsed1 teaspoon Cumin1 teaspoon Oregano¼ cup Chopped Cilantro1 cup Grape Tomatoes quartered1 Jalapeño Pepper ribs and seeds removed, minced1 RomaineHeart1 Avocado peeled and pitted
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, combine ½ tablespoon olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, and a large pinch of salt.Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts, coating well on all sides.
In a large pan, over medium heat, warm 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.Once hot, add ¾ the red onion, and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.Add black beans, cumin, oregano, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and set aside.Wipe the skillet clean.
Add an additional ½ tablespoon olive oil to the now clean skillet.Heat over medium heat.Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.Remove to a plate, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
VINAIGRETTE:
Whisk together the lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil and half the cilantro.Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
PICO DE GALLO:
Toss together the tomatoes, jalapeno, remaining red onion and remaining cilantro.Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Chop the romaine heart, thinly slice the avocado, and thinly slice the chicken breasts.
Assemble the salad by plating the romaine, topping with the sliced chicken, black bean mixture, avocado slices, and pico de gallo.Drizzle with vinaigrette.

What you see:
Baked wild-caught salmon with olive oil and Primal Palate seafood seasoning. Baked at 400 degrees F for 152-20 minutes or until fork tender.
Broccoli roasted with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder and pepper. Avocado
Fresh strawberries
Cucumbers
Mixed greens
Topped it all off with tahini after the pic

Stewed beans Served with some veggies, rice, and an avocado.
Stewed Beans
2 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp sazon (find a vegetable based one in the international aisle)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 red onion, diced
1 can rotel (or store brand diced tomatoes with green chili peppers)
2 tsp capers (optional)
2 cups veggie broth 👏🏽
Add onion to a pot and stir until fragrant. Add in seasonings and a splash of water and sauté until fragrance developed, about 2 minutes. Add in beans, tomatoes and capers. Stir to incorporate well and add in veggie broth. Bring mixture to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Stir every few minutes to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes. With a back of a wooden spoon, lightly mash beans to thicken broth. Feel free to adjust liquid more to your liking. Remove from stove and stir. Serve with rice and extra veggies. 🥗 Makes about 4 servings. If cooking in instapot (set manual to 17minutes with all ingredients listed).
