This was meant to be yesterday’s transformation post, but I was a bit slow in getting it out haha...in part because this one had me extra thoughtful.
In this case, simply looking at my career path got me thinking. I've been in Fitness my entire life, but for much of that time it wasn't front and center, so to speak. To be honest, it wasn't even always the goal. Having pursued careers in business, sales, marketing, and law enforcement, fitness has been a hobby that has gradually overtaken all others!
Having been fortunate enough to work with such industry leaders as Equinox, Barry's Bootcamp, Burn 60, F45, The Wall Fitness, and Coreology Fitness to name a few, and gain proficiency in a handful of teaching methods, from Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, and HIIT Training, to Spin, Pilates, and Running, it's certainly been a long road! If anything though, I feel as if there is so much improvement to be made, so much for left to go.
My most recent endeavors have been with Coreology Fitness, teaching Spin and Pilates...two forms of training I previously had no appreciation for and told myself I'd never practice, let alone teach. But here I am! And here's my shameless plug...come check my out @coreology 😎

But in all seriousness, what's my point in bringing all this up, rambling, etc.? Truthfully, I listen to my own voice on a mike all day and just can't get enough of it...*LIES. Honestly, where I am today isn't somewhere I'd ever have seen myself. But, I'm happy with where my path has lead!
My advice...try to not to hold too tightly to your vision of the future. It probably won't turn out how you expect anyway. But, if you're anything like me, you'll be better for it! Pursues your passions, do your best with what you're given, and trust in the outcome❤️
