THIS. IS. IT. If you don’t try, you’ll never learn about what works and what doesn’t. Get out of your own way and give it a shot. Seriously? What’s holding you back? Is it ego? Is it shame? Is it the shoulds? Is it the fear of what other people think? ... 💪 ... Let me tell you a little secret. Other people are way too busy with their own lives and, if they have time to try and shame you, they’re clearly not out there changing the world, they’re watching others and critiquing them, like the proverbial back-seat driver. You won’t grow and learn until you try and fail. ... 💪 ... I’ve massively up leveled my business in the last few months. ... 💪 ... 1) I’ve taken on a local assistant who I’ve committed to paying a monthly salary to 2) I’ve licensed some amazing software to support my clients on habit tracking 3) I’m creating digital content from my book and lots of packages to go with this and the habit tracking app & software 4) I’m getting on stage to speak ... a lot more than I have ever done. ... 💪 ... With all these new arenas I will undoubtably have some failures. But you know what, they will teach me what I need to change, how I need to improve and what I can do better next time. ... First thing I wanna say is .. if you're happy with your body shape fuck the rest and if you're healthy be glad. The picture on the left side I wasn't happy at all. It's been almost 2 years with ups and downs since then... But the thing is: I never gave up. I didn't give up ON ME. I trusted myself that I could change my life and I did it. I'm NOT TALKING about my BODY SHAPE. I'm talking about my lifestyle. How I did going to the gym everyday become an habit, how I'm into yoga and climbing two things that I never had done before and now I love'em. Love being in movement. What about how I changed my eating habits? How I took junkie food off from my life. I'm much more conscious about what I eat. Of course we can have guilty pleasures in life but we need to find our balance. In the beginning everything is hard, you might wanna give up it's normal. But imagine yourself where you wanna be in the future and work for it. When I started I just wanted to lose weight cause I remember I used to hate my body and now I LOVE it and I RESPECT it and more.. I came alive after this long journey. Much more self confident, energetic, healthy, happy and loved. That's it. The past few months have been difficult— I've been struggling with self-doubt and feeling incredibly lost in my newfound, post-school life. This marks the second time I am setting up a studygram. To be completely honest, I purged all my social media after I found myself on instagram obsessing over the quality and productivity and general value of my life. I was studying for an exam I didn't care to take, for a career I am not passionate about. I'm taking a step back. This blog is completely and only for myself. If it ends up being of interest to others, then so be it. But this is really just a space for me to celebrate the small wins, to privilege my hobbies as just as important as my career goals, to let myself not know what career I want to pursue or who I want to be, to try my best not to spend so much time lying down but to not beat myself up the days that I do. It's a place for me to post all the goals i write down, and hold myself accountable to them. Welcome to my bulletjournal.

The Morning 😳⁣ It can be a scary opponent for many of us... But it's also where we can Prepare ourselves for the real Fight... 🥊⁣ ⁣ How do you best prepare yourself for your day? ⁣ ⁣ Try adding some of these Routines into your Morning for a week, and see the results for yourself 👊⁣ ⁣ 1. Make your Bed⁣ As soon as you are out of your bed, make it. Start making it as your springing out of it. Make it even if you only have one eye open. Just make the bloody thing look nice and neat. ⁣ ⁣ 2. Lemon and Hot Water⁣ Instead of a tea/coffee first thing in the morning, try squeezing some Lemon into a mug of boiling water. It's great for digestion, an antioxidant, weight loss, and even freshens your breath! ⁣ ⁣ 3. Write⁣ Writing down your thoughts/ideas first thing in the morning can help with de-cluterring your mind, and can spark creative plans for the day. ⁣ ⁣ 4. Cold Shower⁣ My word. These are incredible. I never knew one of the most transformational things in life could be a cold shower. They soon become a necessity. ⁣ ⁣ 5. Meditate⁣ The steps before are great for releasing any negative energies you may be carrying. Great. Now, sit down, clear your mind, and focus on yourself. This is a great way to get your thoughts together, and visualise how you're going to defeat the day to come. ⁣ ⁣ These are just 5 steps to a more productive day. Give them a go, just for a week, and notice the results in yourself. For example, salty popcorn, biscuits , etc. Salt contributes to liquid retention, hence you'll weight more. ◾when you don't go toilet regularly or suffer of constipation. You should eat a lot of fibre, such as oats, vegetables, wholemeal flours, nuts. ◾You eat more carbohydrates than what you are used to, each gram of a carbohydrate retains 4 grams of water. When you exceed your intake buy eating  fast food such as sweets, bakery , soft drinks... your body will retain liquid . ◾We (women) weight up to 3 kg more when we have our period. So don't stress yourself about that inflated belly, that is part of being 🌹WOMEN🌹 ◾When you are gaining muscle, you will see little or no change in your weight but that's because you are burning the fat and gaining muscle. So don't stress out if the number remains the same in the scale. 👉👉 It's better if you rely on how the clothes fit you, a picture of a before and after or by taking body measurements. ◾◾◾◾◾◾◾◾ Stop relying on the scale and its numbers, what's important is how you feel.
