❇️#MEALPREP DOMINGUERO ❇️ Esta semana, con el puente, he tenido un extra de tiempo para hacer más cosas, así que entre el viernes y hoy he dejado todo listo para tener las comidas de la semana prácticamente listas y parte de las cenas. . 🔘 Quizá congele parte de la lombarda porque kilo y medio va a ser difícil comerlo en unos días pero por lo demás posiblemente no congele nada, porque además todo dura bien al menos 3 o 4 días en la nevera. . ➡️ Solo he hecho dos tuppers para mi porque no trabajo ni el lunes ni el jueves, así que esos días cocino en casa! 🤗 . 🌞 La mayoría son tuppers completos para comer en la oficina pero también hay verduras para acompañar a la cenas. . ▶️ Os comento en detalle! . 🐖 Ensalada de pasta con jamón cocido y mozarella rallada (comida ofi para mi chico) . 🥬Macarrones integrales con guisantes y tofu (comida ofi para mi chico) . ❇️ Lombarda cocida (kilo y medio de lombarda hecha 20 minutos en la olla express) . 🍛Macarrones integrales con champiñones, tofu y calabacín (comida ofi) . 🍍Pavo con arroz, zanahoria y piña a la plancha (comida ofi) . 🐖 Guisantes con jamón (para mi chico) . 🍽️ Zanahoria cocida a la plancha . 🐟 Sardinas al horno (hice bastantes y lo mismo las congelo, no creo que queden mal 😊) . 🥬Pavo con piña y guisantes (para mi chico) . 🌶️ Pimientos asados al horno, riquísimos! . ▶️ Y como os decía, mañana lunes no trabajo así que lo mismo hago alguna cosita para dejar congelada, hay que aprovechar el tiempo! . 👇👇Dudas, preguntas, lo que quieras... Probably one of the EASIEST and BEST breakfasts there is!⠀ ⠀ To make this delicious Raspberry Chia Overnight Oats here’s what you’ll need:⠀ ⠀ • 1/3 cup rolled oats ⠀ • 1 tbsp chia seeds⠀ • 1 tbsp of honey⠀ • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀ • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀ • 1/4 fresh or frozen raspberries ⠀ ⠀ Mix all the ingredients except the raspberries until combined. ⠀ ⠀ Then fold in the raspberries.⠀ ⠀ Place into the fridge to soak overnight and enjoy in the morning! 🖤

Pancake sunday 💫 Ik kan wel wat kleur gebruiken tijdens deze regenachtige dagen. Zo een kleurrijk bordje vrolijkt me dan weer wat op! Deze keer heb ik blauwe bessen door mn pannenkoeken beslag heen gedaan en dat was een goeed idee! 👅 Ik vind het gewoon echt heerlijk om in de ochtend een muziekje op te zetten en pannenkoeken te bakken, ik kan daar echt van genieten! Wellicht hebben jullie dat al lang wel door dat ik dol ben op ontbijt en zeker het uitgebreid de tijd nemen hiervoor. Zo start je de dag meteen goed toch? Well today was FUN, an unplanned market stall selling all our pre loved goods 💓. . I had been telling mum since I moved out 3 years ago that I was going to do a market (all this stuff was still taking up space in her place 😅 and there was alotttt) but I was waiting for the ‘right time’, ‘I’m waiting for summer mum, there will be more customers’, so 3 summers later I finally got there 😅 my friend rang me yesterday to join her and I was like yep, the thought of doing it was what put me off but this way it was unplanned so I skipped the build up. . I went to make a buck, I also cranked up the tunes and started busking with a hat out on the ground looking like a total idiot but no fks were given 🤷‍♀️. In conclusion I did in fact make a buck and then some, unfortunately no bucks were made from busking (I think I need to work on my out of timed awkward dance moves 🤔), I enjoyed some chats and laughs in the sunshine with my good friend @jessie.haynes and it really wasn’t that bad after all... . Why did I share this? Great question..there’s no impactful ending I’m sorry to inform, I just felt like it so I did 😆. . This week I did something I’ve never done. Instead of listening to business podcasts I started listening to a Christian podcast for moms. You know when you hear something and feel like it was made for you ~ Exactly what you needed to hear at the exact moment you needed it. That’s what this felt like for me. It explained the psychology of yelling and how to respond to your child. I’ll be the first to say I’ve been doing it wrong. Apparently you’re supposed to hug your child and remain calm when they’re loosing it. The opposite of what I’ve been doing and the reason I’m thankful for new morning mercies. facing fear foods pt. 2!! hi friends!! this was my snack after a lovely (sweaty) gym workout! there’s a workout story highlight on my page if you want the details haha! but we have like zero granola bars, at least the ones i like, at our house soooo i decided that i would have this “bagels = lot of calories, carbs, and sugar for cinnamon raisin ones don’t eat them” that is not true! bagels are delicious and healthy and great to eat whenever you want. as any person in ed recovery would, i still struggle a lot with intrusive & disordered thoughts. but i only ever give in & act upon them about 1/4 of the time. the rest of the time i fight those thoughts and usually i succeed! even if it’s small accomplishments because they matter too! daily reminder to you to keep fighting your eating disorder. if you don’t fight it, nothing will change. you can’t recover truly without being able to stop giving into your illness. #dEATS or #whatsonmyplate: half a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter two words for this snackkie. SO YUMMY! love love love. maybe one day of the week i’ll be adventurous, and challenge both my ed & my ocpd by having a whole cinnamon raisin with butter. scary but i know i can do it. my ocpd will yell at me for the change, it hates change & things out of the ordinary, and my ed will of course focus on the ‘nutrition’ facts (which btw dont know your life & shouldn’t determine what/how much you eat). i hope that all of you lovely people are having a great week! oh and happy december! i hope your month has been happy & good-spirited so far :)

When I first started tracking macros I just followed the ‘if it fits your macros’ mentality & didn’t think about nutrient density. . The issue - I was hungry A LOT of the time😩 . Which is because I was easily blowing a lot of my macros on things like a single cup of popcorn😔 . Instead, I could have gotten that 60g of carbs from 3 big salads or 2 apples or something that was going to provide my body with MORE NUTRIENTS than a small amount of cheesy popcorn and at a much LARGER VOLUME and keep me FULL for a LONGER period of time⏳ . We all know that being hungry is not fun... for anyone. I definitely get hangry like the snickers comercial🤦🏼‍♀️ . But don’t get me wrong, I still sneak things into my macros that aren’t as nutrient dense because BaLaNcE ⚖️ but I do like to keep to a little rule: . 80% nutrient dense foods and the other 20% doesn’t have to be if I don’t want it to be🥂 .
