When looking for a snack that satisfies my sweet-tooth, i like to pick some FILLING and SATISFYING options!💁♀️
Here are some of the snacks that i have been having this week!👇

⭐️1. Mango dusted in coconut: i cube 1 medium mango, and sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted desiccated coconut on-top! This comes in at around 151 calories, and is extremely satisfying!
⭐️2. Vanilla milk: I enjoy this one both hot and cold! I make it using 250ml almond milk(you can use normal milk but im slightly lactose intolerant), 2 tsp honey dissolved in 2 tbsp boiling water, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder. Best served warm or with ice cubes for a hot day! Coming in at roughly 82 calories
⭐️3. Strawberries with a chocolate dipping sauce! I LOVE this snack especially when im looking for VOLUME!I have 200g strawberries, and make a chocolate dipping sauce with 1 tbsp raw cocoa, 1 tsp coconut oil OR nut butter of choice, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and 1-2 tsp hot water if im looking for a drippy texture! So delicious and coming in at only 175 calories
⭐️4. Yogurt covered blueberries: I like to dip blueberries (100g) into yoghurt(100g)( i sweeten mine with stevia and vanilla) and then freeze them in the freezer. So incredibly satisfying at 82 calories!
⭐️5. Litchis: These are one of my favourite treats! i find them so sweet and tasty and one cup comes to roughly 125 calories.
⭐️6. Chocolate banana boat: So i don’t really enjoy banana (as you all know) but this is one of my boyfriends favourite snacks! I slice a banana lengthwise and top 1/2 of it off with 2 tsps nut butter! It comes to 105 calories! -
