I can’t believe how far I’ve come and that I only have ten workouts left. I vividly remember looking at the 100 workout calendar when I first started and wondered if I’d be able to finish this program. But here’s the thing; we ALL doubt ourselves, we all have those self-limiting beliefs and the self-sabotaging thoughts. We also ALL have the CHOICE. To either keep accepting the way we live and feel about ourselves, or to make the decision to accept change and see what we are capable of accomplishing. I have been fighting bronchitis, have a couple days left on my antibiotics and I pushed myself and challenged myself today, but I also listened to my body. We will not change ourselves if we keep accepting our routine and keep telling ourselves that we can’t accomplish or complete something. You will never know if you don’t try, and trust me - our minds will give up and those self-limiting beliefs will creep in filled with doubt LONG BEFORE our bodies are ready to give up.
