Ok, the turkey flatout taco recipe is super easy and so versatile. You can put it over salads, in tortillas or pita bread or over tortilla chips. Every recipe calls for lemon juice but what do you do with all your leftover squeezed lemons? Here's how turn all of your squeezed lemon halves into this luxury ingredient this week with just 3 easy ingredients! If you have never used preserved lemons, the goal is to not eat the flesh just the skin. Throw it into your salads, top your next chicken with them or replace olives in any recipe with preserved lemons 👍 This is a must-try! 🍋🍋🍋 ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 3/4 C coarse sea salt⁣ 10 spent (juiced) lemon halves⁣ 2 Tbsp cracked coriander seeds⁣ ⁣ Put 2 Tbsp of the salt in a pint jar. Put 1 Tbsp salt in the squeezed-out shell of each lemon half and pack it into the jar, one at a time. Top with the coriander seeds and enough hot water to completely cover the lemons. Seal the jar and set on a table to cure for about 3 days, turning and shaking the jar as much as you want, but at least once a day. Put in the refrigerator and let it hang out until the lemons are softened and meaty, about 3 weeks. Use anytime over the next year! 😀

Pro tip: After carving your pumpkin, leave your pumpkin seeds and guts on a tray for a day or two. The insides will dry, making it easier to separate them from the seeds. Then wash and dry the seeds before roasting!

Recipe: 1 stalk Romaine Lettuce 1/4 Green Bell Pepper 1/4 Red Onion 1/4 Roma Tomato 2 Scallions/ Green Onions 3 Okras Small bunch Cilantro * Directions: Chop Romaine to desired size. 🍌🍏🍇Smoothie Fruits recipe hacks! 🍇🍏🍌 Our Berrylicious Blueberry Cookies are super squishie and packed full of fruity goodness using The Purple One! Perfect as a wholesome brekkie or finger food from 12m Ingredients ⭐️ 1 x the purple one(90G) ⭐️ 50g of oats ⭐️ 20g butter ⭐️ Handful chopped blueberries Method 1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan 2. Squeeze the pouch into the pan and stir in the oats. 3. Sprinkle in the chopped blueberry, making sure they stirred in evenly throughout the mixture 4. Divide into 6 round cookie shapes. 5. Place in a preheated fan oven at 180C for 18-20 minutes. 6. Place on a cooling rack until room temperature

Cauliflower gnocchi with Shredded chicken, spinach, vegan cashew pesto & Parmesan cheese 😋 Some helpful tips & tricks for making this meal 👇🏻 ⠀ 1. I only use half a bag of cauli gnocchi - half of the bag is always enough to fill me up (especially when I add in other things), and it saves money 🙌🏻⠀ 2. I keep a giant bag of spinach in my freezer - yup, Costco sized 🤷🏻‍♀️ Frozen spinach is so easy to throw in any meal to add micronutrients, volume and texture 🍃 ⠀ 3. Canned Chicken Breast - I know some of you will think this is gross 😂 I only eat it when I’m in a pinch and want to add protein to something. It’s pretty high sodium so I try not to overdue it! The First Day of Fall calls for my Apple Skin Hard Sparkling Cider! 🍂🍁🍃Got a recipe that calls for peeled apples? Save those peels for this very special scrappy cocktail. It's good hot OR cold...and can be stored in the fridge so you can indulge in #scrappyhour any day this week! 😀🍹 . Ingredients (Serves 6): Peels, Cores, Stems, and Seeds from 6 apples 1 3/4 C vodka 3 C lager beer 1.5 C seltzer . Fill a quart jar with the apple scraps. Add the vodka and push down on the apple stuff so that all of it is submerged in the vodka. Screw on the cap and put it out of the way until the vodka is flavored with apple, about 3 days. Strain the liquid and throw away the solids. To whip up the “cider,” mix the apple vodka and beer. It can be stored in the fridge if you don’t want to drink it right away. When you are ready to drink, pour about 3/4 C in a tall glass over lots of ice. Add about 1/4 C seltzer to each glass, stir, and get BUSY 😀

Chocolate peanut butter over night oats. This super easy recipe makes a healthy and filling breakfast! Muddle half a banana. Add 1/3 cup oats. Add 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk. Slow Cooker Minestrone with or without Chicken: 0-3 points Yields six. 3 chicken breasts. 4 cups of chicken broth. 2 carrots. 2 ribs of celery. 3 green onion stalks. 14.5 oz oz diced tomato. 1 pound of Yukon gold potatoes. 1 zucchini. 1 can of cannelli beans. 1.5 cups of green beans. Black pepper, salt and olive oil to taste. You can add 3 Tbsp of Parmesan, but we are #dairyfree. For a vegan option, take out the chicken and substitute the chicken broth for water.
