Время съедания - ещё быстрее 😂 ⠀ Ингредиенты: 📍сыр Брынза или Фета (сыр должен быть солёным и легко разминаться вилкой) 📌 натуральный йогурт или греческий йогурт без добавок 📌 сметана 10% или 15% 📌 зелень петрушки (методом проб и ошибок было выявлено, что с петрушкой вкуснее всего. Но вы можете добавить любую зелень) 📌 зубчик чеснока (если не любите чеснок, не добавляйте) 📌 специи “Итальянские травы» или сухой орегано ⠀ Берем сыр, половину натурально йогурта, несколько ложек сметаны, специи “Итальянские травы», натёртый на мелкой тёрке чеснок и мелко рубленную петрушку - все смешиваем. Можно вилкой, можно блендером. Консистенция должна получится мягкая, но не жидкая ☝️ Вот и всё!!! Это очень просто и оооочень вкусно. Sprinkle salt to all over. Apply cut marks to all drumsticks to make it juicy and tender after cooking. Sprinkle black pepper to all the drumsticks. Now add ginger garlic paste. Add lemon juice and mix well to marinate the chicken. Here you have 2 options: Left Chicken for marination for 2 hours In a pan, add marinated chicken to make it steamy and tender. Cook it for about 15 minutes and make sure its 70% done and rest will complete on frying. In this recipe, I opted for the option 2. Prepare Chicken Coating/Crust: In 3 separate bowls, add All-purpose flour (maida), Cornflour and water. Now step by step, coat the drumstick on maida then water then cornflour. Repeat the step 3 times. It will make the crispy crust and will add luster to chicken. Deep Frying the Chicken In a wok, add oil for deep frying and on high temperature add chicken one by one. After few seconds as the chicken gets a strong coat turn the flame to medium temperature to cook the chicken from inside. As the chicken becomes golden. Take it out on Kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. Vegan Vegetable Fricassee with Cauliflower Mash! By @rabbitandwolves Ingredients Vegetable Fricassee 3Tablespoons Olive oil 1/2anOnion, chopped(I used a vidalia) 4 ClovesGarlic, chopped 1Stalk Celery, diced 3 Large Carrots, chopped 20 Ounces Mushrooms, chopped(I used half crimini and half shiitake) 1teaspoon Poultry seasoning (usually contains Thyme, Sage, Rosemary and Nutmeg) 1/4 Cup Vegan butter, I used Earth Balance 1/4 Cup All purpose flour or gluten free all purpose flour 1/2 Cup White wine,vegan (I used Pinot Grigio)* 2 Cups Vegetable broth 1Cup Coconut cream or full fat coconut milk, canned salt and pepper to taste Cauliflower Mash 1Large head of Cauliflower, cut into florets 1/3 Cup Almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice 2 Tablespoons Vegan butter 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Instructions 1. Heat the olive in a large skillet on medium high. 2. Add the onion, garlic and celery. Saute, reducing heat as needed for about 3-5 minutes or until the onion is translucent. 3.Then add the carrots and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Then season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Continue to saute until the mushrooms have browned. About 5 more minutes. 4. Sprinkle in the poultry seasoning, toss to coat everything. 5. Then add the vegan butter and melt over the veggies. Now, sprinkle the flour over the veggies and toss to coat all the veggies in the flour. 6. Next, pour the white wine into the skillet and stir into the veggies. Let simmer on medium low for 2-3 minutes. 7. Then pour in the vegetable broth and coconut cream. Stir to combine everything and make sure there are no lumps of flour left. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 8. Reduce to low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce will thicken up, but should still be somewhere between gravy and stew. Stir every few minutes. 9. While that is simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets. 10. Boil the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes or until very tender. Drain and add the a blender. 11.Then add the non-dairy milk, vegan butter, salt and pepper to the blender.

Lemon Saffron Basmati Rice[表情][表情] Ingredients ◆3 tablespoons butter ◆1 large shallot, minced ◆Pinch saffron threads ◆2 cups basmati rice, washed & rinsed ◆1 teaspoon lemon zest ◆Juice of 1 lemon ◆2 cups chicken stock or water Directions 1. SELECT Saute/Brown on the Pressure Cooker, then press On/Start. 2. COOK the aromatics by melting the butter in the pot, then add the shallot and saffron. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. ADD the rice to the pot. Stir the rice to coat in the aromatic mixture, then add the lemon, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken stock. 4. SECURE THE LID to the pressure cooker, and make sure the pressure release valve is in the lock position. SELECT Rice and press Start/Stop. 5. NATURAL RELEASE for 10 minutes when done cooking. 6. Release any residual pressure that may be left in the machine and carefully remove lid. 7. One fall several years ago I was gifted a jar of the most delicious HOMEMADE PUMPKIN BUTTER🎃. I’m pretty certain I polished off that jar all by myself in a matter of a few short days. A few years later I was surprised to find out how ridiculously easy it is to make my own pumpkin butter. Now, I make at least one batch each fall.🍁 🧡 Of course pumpkin butter is delicious on a big thick crunchy piece of toast, english muffins, or homestyle biscuits, but I’ll let you in on a little secret……..slather a crisp buttery Ritz cracker or a graham cracker with pumpkin butter and it’s like eating a little pumpkin pie! OH is it ever so good this way! 🎃 Last night I made a batch of pumpkin butter while I cooked dinner…..that’s how easy it is! Easy vegan fajitas to get the new year started - happy new year everyone! (by @wearesovegan) . Ingredients: 1 yellow pepper sliced 1 red pepper sliced 1 red onion sliced 300g mushrooms sliced 1 clove garlic diced . Fajita mix: 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp vegetable oil . Serve with: 1 ripe avocado mashed 1 lime 6 medium tortillas(warmed up in a pan or oven for extra deliciousness) Small handful of cilantro (coriander) Cashew Sour Cream . Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 220°C. 2. Place the sliced peppers, mushrooms and onion on a baking tray and sprinkle with garlic, all the fajita spices and drizzle with the olive oil. Mix everything together with your hands. 3. Place baking tray in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the veg is soft. 4. Meanwhile, mash the avocado and prepare the cashew sour cream. 5. Remove the veg from the oven and start building your fajitas. First spread the mashed avocado on the tortilla, then a serving of veg, followed by a squeeze of lime juice, a drizzle of sour cream and lastly a sprinkle of cilantro (coriander). . —Cashew Sour Cream— Ingredients: 1/2 cup cashews soaked 1/4 cup water 2 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp lemon juice . 1. Soak cashews in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This flavor-packed dish is healthy, keto and low-carb and makes a delicious protein packed meal in minutes 🍝🍤 Ingredients  3-4 medium zucchini 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 3-4 garlic cloves minced or crushed 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano optional 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes adjust to taste Salt and pepper to taste Freshly grated parmesan or chopped parsley to garnish, optional Instructions Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Make the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the hot pan, season with salt and pepper cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper to the pan. Cook for another minute per side or until shrimp is light pink and garlic is golden brown. Transfer to a bowl. I prefer baking my potatoes instead of frying 😊⁣ ⁣ Ingredients: ⁣ - 5 medium sized potatoes ⁣ - 4 tablespoons olive oil ⁣ - 4 garlic cloves crushed ⁣ - Salt (adjust to taste) ⁣ - 1 teaspoon Paprika ⁣ - Chill flakes and chili powder (adjust to taste) ⁣ - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro ⁣ - 3 tablespoons Lemon ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 1. Cut potatoes into medium sized cubes and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and add salt and paprika. ⁣ 2. Roast potatoes in oven at 375 F for around 35 mins (or until golden brown)⁣ 3. In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil with the minced garlic and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cilantro, chill flakes/chili powder and the roasted potatoes⁣ 4. As i don’t like sweet oats I created this salted oats or you can called it Lemon 🍋 Oats just to add pinch of lemon juice with curry leaves. Here is my recipe to make it very simple and quick so that you can make it in 10 minute, when you are in hurry to leave for office. We just required - One cup oats ( 1 person ) - Rai or Black Mustard Seeds - Heeng - Veggies if tou want - Lemon Juice I used few drops of mustard oil, when it heated I put rai and heeng in it quickly toss it and put a cup of oats. You can roast the oats if you want else pour water right after in a proportion so that oats will soaked properly and the water level should be little bit higher. Cook it for few minute and served it with lemon juice and coriander leaves. . . One Pot Mac & Cheese[表情][表情] Ingredients ◆4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded ◆1 pound elbow macaroni ◆1 cup butter, melted ◆8 ounces cream cheese ◆½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated ◆24 ounces evaporated milk ◆2 cups whole milk ◆½ teaspoon garlic powder ◆¼ teaspoon onion powder ◆¼ teaspoon paprika ◆1 teaspoon salt ◆¼ teaspoon black pepper ◆A pinch of nutmeg ◆1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ◆Dashes of Tabasco, to taste Directions 1. SHRED 4 cups of cheddar cheese. Make sure to not use pre-shredded cheese. Using pre-shredded cheese will make your dish gritty and oily. 2. COMBINE macaroni, butter, shredded cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, evaporated milk, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Worcestershire sauce in the Air fryer. Mix well and make sure most of the macaroni noodles are submerged in the milk. Cover with lid. 3. SELECT Slow Cook (High), and press Start/Cancel. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, or until all the pasta is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Check after 2 hours. Cajun Chicken Pasta By @ImmaculateBites ~ 8 ounce pasta (penne ,fettucine) 2 pounds boneless,skinless chicken thighs or breast 2 teaspoons or more Cajun creole seasoning (salt free) 2 Tablespoons olive oil or canola oil 2 teaspoon garlic minced ½ medium onion sliced 2 medium tomatoes diced 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon creole spice or blackened spice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 medium red or green bell pepper sliced 1 cup or more chicken broth ¼ cup heavy cream (see notes for options and adjustments ) 2 tablespoon parsley chopped Instructions Start by boiling pasta in a large pot, according to box instructions. Drain and set aside. Salt according to taste . Then generously season the chicken with creole cajun spice. Heat oil over medium heat in a heavy bottomed Dutch. Pan cook chicken for about 8-10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and juice from the chicken runs clear. set aside. Add onions, and garlic. Stir for about a minute. Then add tomatoes, thyme, paprika, cajun spice, Worcestershire sauce, followed by bell peppers, chicken broth and cream Bring it to a boil then simmer for about 7-10 minutes. Mixed pasta or fettuccine . And toss with sliced chicken or serve with chicken on top. Sprinkle with parsley and/or Parmesan cheese. Recipe Notes Your chicken is fully cooked when it is 160° Fahrenheit (74°C). It is dangerous to eat chicken lower than the stated temperature. To be on the safe side you may cut up chicken into bite size pieces before cooking . It cooks faster. Adjust heavy cream to desired thickness. I use about ¼ cup to cut down on calories - it’s less creamy with same great results. Go with ½ cup or more for creamy pasta.
