So, here I am on "Mother Nature's Stairmaster" aka "The Grouse Grind". With 2,830 stairs, this route sure lives up to its name...
Anyhoo, it feels like a good time to talk about the fact I'm back on "The Grind". From healthier eating, to regular posting, dealing with my admin etc & hell, even making a more regular appearance at the gym. Apparently you have to go more than once a week for it to make a difference. I find this fact cruel & unsatisfactory (kidding, kinda).
