Преди няколко дни открих една супер готина рецепта за солени мъфини, която днес малко преработих, за да Fit-не малко повече в тази страничка 😉 ➡️ вижте по-долу какво ви трябва за тази невероятна вкусотия, сътворена само за 30мин: ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 2 яйца 200мл вода 200гр сирене 100 гр кашкавал 120гр брашно от лимец 80гр бяло брашно 3с.л. зехтин 1 бакпулвер ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Разбивате яйцата 2. Добавяте останалите съставки една по-една (в поредността, в която са описани) и бъркате сместа 3. Разпределяте сместа в 12бр форми за мъфини (оставяте 1см преди края на формичката) 4. Слагате по едно зрънце масло върху всеки мъфин 5. Печете в предварително загрята фурна на 180°-200° за 20мин 6. Проверявате с клечка дали мъфините са готови и ако са - нападате ги! 🤤🤪 . . П.П. Squash Egg-in-a-Hole😋 ⠀⠀ I had some leftover acorn squash so decided to use it as a festive fall bowl🍁 ⠀⠀ Just crack your egg into the middle of the slice of squash and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. ⠀⠀ To jazz up the egg, I sprinkled Oakleigh Garden spice mix from @playhousespices which is a wonderful blend of parsley, marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, tarragon and bay leaf. No-Bake Date Energy Bar . Ingredient 8-12 bar 2 cup dates seeds removed( I used mejdool date) 1 cup walnut 1/2 cup almond 1/2 cup grated coconut A pinch of salt 1/2 cup mixed seeds like chia (@dicalhouse) and pumpkin Method 1. First of all, clean the dates and remove seeds. 2. In a food processor add walnut, almond, and coconut. Pulse for 10 seconds. Repeat this until dry fruits are broken into pieces. 3. To this add seeds and dates. Pulse for 20 seconds. Repeat this for 2-3 times till dates are crushed and mixed with dry fruit mixture. 4. Line a parchment paper in a baking pan or in a plate. 5. Pour this mixture in the pan and set it with the help of a spatula. Spread some seeds on top. Set them and keep in the fridge until they firm. 6. Cut them into the desired shape. No-bake date energy bar ready to serve with milk in the breakfast time or snack time. Note 1. You can use figs or apricot also to make such nut bars. Again there is no need to add any liquid ingredients. 2. Mix and match dry fruits as per availability. A new combination will come out. . Dates are a good source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, calcium, potassium and much more. Having simple sugar content in dates makes these bar a perfect pre or post workout meal. A great snack for those who look out for sugarless options and kids simply enjoy them having with milk in breakfast time. PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BAKED OATMEAL . This Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal is the perfect make-ahead breakfast recipe! It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, & vegan-friendly with no refined sugar! . Ingredients 1 ½ cups gluten free rolled oats @dicalhouse 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 overripe bananas mashed ¼ cup powdered peanut butter @dicalhouse 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey if you’re not vegan @dicalhouse 1 large egg lightly beaten (Vegan: 1 TBS ground chia seeds mixed with 2 ½ TBS hot water) @dicalhouse ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk @dicalhouse Topping: ¼ cup powdered peanut butter @dicalhouse . Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9” square baking pan and set aside. For Vegan Version: Mix 1 TBS ground chia seeds with 2 ½ TBS hot water. Set aside. In a small bowl mix together the oats, baking powder, sea salt and ground cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl mix mashed banana and peanut butter together until combined. Add in the vanilla extract, maple/honey syrup and chia seed mixture or egg. Mix until combined. Add the almond milk and stir until batter is homogenous. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9x9” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Or until the top slightly springs back when touched and the edges are just barely brown! Melt the extra peanut butter and drizzle on top! Cut into squares and enjoy! Sugar-free mango and coconut balls 125g dried mango 2/3 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup rolled oats 145g raw cashews 3/4 cup desiccated coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract Use kitchen scissors to cut mango into small pieces. (Approx 1.5cm). Place in heatproof bowl and pour 1/2 cup of boiling water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally or until mango has softened and water absorbed. Place shredded coconut in a frying pan and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until golden. Transfer to plate to cool. Process the oats in a food processor until well chopped. Add the cashews, desiccated coconut (not toasted), vanilla, a pinch of salt and mango plus left over water. Process until combined. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Roll into toasted coconut to lightly coat. Fall is ramping up, but my grape tomatoes don't know it. Our last multi-day 90* blast resulted in another flush, so I doubled this recipe to make use of more of them: sheet pan chicken parm w rustic grape tomato sauce. The sauce was so good, and so easy! Just roast with rough sliced garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper, then pulse a few times in a food processor with a bit of tomato paste and some more EVOO.
