Which one(s) are your most favorite: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5? 😋😍
1. The lettuce, 1/2 of the hard boiled egg, one slice of cucumber and 2 slices of avocado. To make the veggie tuna I used wild albacore tuna in olive oil. I added chopped carrot, parsley, capers, celery, tomato and a little bit of red onion then mixed in a few splashes of red wine vinegar.
2. Scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms and a toasted English muffin with mashed avocado and juicy tomato.
3. Smoked salmon, I'm having it with some hard boiled eggs, sautéed spinach, mushrooms and half an avocado!
4. A lightly toasted everything bagel with dairy free almond cream cheese, nova lox, capers, dill and red onion on one half and mashed avocado on the other along with a hard boiled egg and watercress dressed with lemon and olive oil. .
5. A plate of veggies and a pasture raised egg cooked in avocado oil. Zucchini noodles seasoned with garlic powder, sea salt and red pepper flakes with half a sweet potato, roasted broccolini, half an avocado with hemp seeds and a pasture raised egg.
